FULL SERVICE LOGISTIC TRANSPORTATION

League members are eligible and encouraged to use the services of the leading third party logistics provider, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, to secure their transportation needs.

The League and C.H. Robinson formed a strategic partnership in July 2007 to benefit League members by assisting in the area of transportation management.

Options are key to C.H. Robinson’s grower-shipper program which is designed specifically to address the concerns of the table grape and tree fruit industries’ transportation needs. C.H. Robinson taps into a pool of 45,000 carriers of all types – such as rail, truck, or air – and can service deliveries of any size or consistency.

C.H. Robinson maintains two offices – Monterey and Visalia – specifically to focus on the table grape and tree fruit program.

Weekly transportation updates are available on the League web site under the News section and provides a snapshot on market updates and pricing.

League members can receive the weekly electronic transportation updates via email.
To sign up contact Megan Jacobsen in the League's office at 559.226.6330. C.H. Robinson does not charge for its weekly update or to provide sourcing services. To contact C.H. Robinson directly to set up an account or more information call Tyler Durant at 866.771.1270.
